In infants it is recommended to use disnemaru before a meal or feeding, as unblocking the nose makes it easier to swallow no air, thereby avoiding the problems associated with swallowing of air. Adults: one to two sprays per nostril a few times a day. Disnemar may be used if desired for a long time without any risk or contraindications.
