with a citrus flavor and packed in sachets.
Xenna balance is indicated for the treatment of chronic constipation in people over 12 years of age. The results of clinical trials on the active substance of the preparation, macrogol 3350, show its high effectiveness and safety, even during long-term use. In patients treated with macrogol 3350, a significant improvement in the frequency and comfort of bowel movements was observed. This substance allows for obtaining equally satisfactory therapeutic results in adolescents, adults and the elderly.
Contraindications:
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
Action:
Xenna balance works locally in the large intestine and is not absorbed into the body. The active substance of the preparation has a unique ability to bind water, thanks to which it has a positive effect on the consistency of the stool. Restoring the proper hydration of the faeces stimulates natural bowel movements and improves their productivity. As a result, comfort and regularity of bowel movements are restored.
Xenna balance dissolved in water forms an iso-osmotic solution, which means that the risk of dehydration is minimal. The electrolytes contained in the preparation help maintain the correct level of sodium and potassium during the treatment of constipation. The operation of Xenny balance does not depend on the composition and quantity of the intestinal flora and does not affect its condition. The active substance of Xenny balance - macrogol does not ferment in the intestine and does not cause gas.
Composition:
One sachet of Xenny balance contains an osmotically active substance: macrogol 3350 in a dose of 13.125 g and a complex of essential electrolytes. The high level of efficacy and safety led to the recommendation of the use of macrogol 3350 for the treatment of chronic constipation in the latest guidelines of the American Gastroenterological Society, published in 2013.

Dosage:
The contents of the Xenny balance sachet should be poured into a glass with 125 ml of water (half a glass). Everything should be mixed well so that the powder is completely dissolved and then drunk. Unless your doctor has recommended otherwise, you should start taking the preparation with 1 sachet a day, taken in the morning.
Do not exceed the dosage of 3 times a day, taking one dose each time. In most cases, normal bowel movements and frequency of bowel movements return within 24–48 hours.
