This product is a concentrated source of fish oil with a guaranteed standardized content of Omega 3 Unsaturated Fatty Acids (EPA and DHA). Solgara Fish Oil Concentrate is obtained from herring, mackerel, anchovies and Chilean and Bolivian sardines. Provides a daily portion of Omega 3 acids in one capsule, equal to the recommended consumption of an appropriate portion of fish. This product is tested for pollutants in addition to the standard - special tests that exclude the presence of PCBs. 1 capsule a day.
