One tablet contains:
Vitamins: niacin 10 mg niacin equivalent (62.5% *), pantothenic acid 7.5 mg (125% *), riboflavin (vitamin B2) 0.7 mg (50% *), biotin 80 mg (160% *) ).
Minerals: zinc 6 mg (60% *), silicon 5 mg, iron (II) 3 mg (21.4% *), selenium 27.5 mg (50% *).
Amino acids: L-lysine 21 mg, DL-methionine 11 mg, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) 11 mg.
Herbs: horsetail extract 30 mg, algae extract (articular leaf) 20 mg.
Two tablets contain:
Vitamins: niacin 20 mg of niacin equivalent (125% *), pantothenic acid 15 mg (250% *), riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.4 mg (100% *), biotin 160 mg (320% *).
Minerals: zinc 12 mg (120% *), silicon 10 mg, iron (II) 6 mg (42.8% *), selenium 55 mg (100% *).
Amino acids: L-lysine 42 mg, DL-methionine 22 mg, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) 22 mg.
Herbs: horsetail extract 60 mg, algae extract (articular leaf) 40 mg.

Recommended daily intake required to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: adults 1-2 tablets daily after a meal.
