Curcumin is a fat-soluble molecule. By combining the turmeric molecule with a phospholipid (a type of fat), a complex is created that significantly facilitates the absorption and assimilation of curcumin. Thanks to this, the curcumin contained in the product has 29 times higher bioavailability than conventional curcumin and can easily penetrate through cell membranes into cells.
The curcumin-phospholipid combination has been studied in 23 clinical trials with 1,800 participants. It has been proven that this form of curcumin has excellent bioavailability and bioactivity.
