Glucosamine - the basic building block of articular cartilage and other connective tissues such as tendons and bones.
Vitamin C - helps maintain the proper functioning of the immune system, supports the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of blood vessels, bones, gums, skin, teeth and cartilage, supports the proper functioning of the nervous system
Niacin - contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism and helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions, contributes to the feeling of fatigue and weariness.
Zinc - helps in maintaining the correct acid-base balance, maintaining the proper metabolism of carbohydrates and maintaining proper cognitive functions; helps in maintaining healthy bones, hair and nails, and in maintaining the proper level of testosterone in the blood.

(based on the recommended daily dose - 3 capsules): glucosamine sulfate 2 KCL (contains crustaceans), gelatin (capsule), ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale) 15 mg, calcium L-ascorbate, turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa ) 10 mg, sodium chondroitin sulfate 10 mg (contains fish), rosehip extract (Rosa canina) 10 mg, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule color: titanium dioxide, nicotinic acid amide, type II collagen 5 mg , zinc oxide, manganese sulfate.
May contain traces of soy and milk.
Application
Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the preparation.
Recommended intake
3 capsules a day with water. The preparation should be used for 6-8 weeks. The preparation cycle can be repeated every 2 months.
