Depending on body weight, vitamin D supplementation is recommended in September-April or throughout the year, if effective skin synthesis of vitamin D is not ensured in the summer months:
at a dose of 600-1000 IU / day for children from 1 year of age,
at a dose of 800-2000 IU / day for adults.
Application: the preparation is recommended for children from 1 year of age and adults to supplement the diet with vitamin D3.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
children from 1 year of age and adults - 1 press of the dosing pump once a day directly into the mouth or with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Maintaining proper health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Method of consumption: a dosing pump attached to the package should be mounted on the bottle with the preparation. The pump allows you to precisely measure the correct portion of the product to be consumed. Before the first use, press the pump several times until the first dose is displayed.

Storage: Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place. Protect from light. Dietary supplements should be stored out of reach of small children. The preparation should be used within three months of opening the bottle.
INGREDIENTS
Refined sunflower oil, MCT (medium chain triglycerides) oil, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols.
The daily dose (1 actuation of the dosing pump) contains: 25 µg (1000 IU, 500% of the reference intake value) of vitamin D3.
