Recommended intake:

Children 1-9 years old: 1 application.
Youth aged 10-18: 2 applications.
Adults: 4 applications.
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
Shake well before use. Measure out the recommended portion and add to water, juice or other cool liquid.
