EFFACLAR DUO is a complete skin care product that combines 4 active ingredients to address the two main symptoms of acne prone skin: Severe local skin lesions: niacin and pyroctone olamine to fight the spread of bacteria and eliminate imperfections. Your pores are clogged with sebum: the combination of LHA and linoleic acid unblocks your pores while removing any accumulated dead cells that create these clogs. These active ingredients in combination with the soothing, non-irritating La Roche-Posay thermal water reduce redness.
