  • Chamomile is traditionally recommended for digestive and respiratory problems. Has a slightly diaphoretic, carminative and calming effect; is helpful in the treatment of digestive disorders
  • An infusion of chamomile flowers administered orally can be used: for colds, stomach aches, colic, flatulence, etc.
  • Externally, the infusion is used as an anti-inflammatory agent for rinsing the mouth and throat, for compresses for wounds and swelling, for the eyes.

Ingredients:

100% dried chamomile

Directions:

Pour a full teaspoon of dried tea into a cup, brew under cover for 5-10 minutes. Infusion for external use: 1 tablespoon of chamomile basket pour 1 cup boiling water, infuse covered 5-10 min. Strain. Use to wash eyelids and nasal sinuses.
