Properties:
Kelp, or bladder wrack, is helpful in controlling weight. It aids digestion, can increase the feeling of fullness and helps reduce body weight. The natural habitat of seaweed is the North Atlantic, therefore kelp is considered a natural source of iodine. Iodine helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and in maintaining proper cognitive functions. It also contributes to the maintenance of proper energy metabolism, helps in the proper production of thyroid hormones and the proper functioning of the thyroid gland, and helps maintain healthy skin.
Recommended intake:
Consume 1 capsule a day. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
