Chela-Mag B6 - Magnesium + Vitamin B6 - 30 capsules OLIMP
The Olimp Chela-Mag B6 dietary supplement contains magnesium in the form of hypoallergenic amino acid chelate ALBION® (magnesium bisglycinate), enriched with vitamin B6.
Ingredients:
Magnesium bisglycinate (magnesium amino acid chelate ALBION®), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents - magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine hydrochloride - vitamin B6, capsule (gelatin - capsule shell, color: E 171).
1 capsule contains:
magnesium - 100 mg (27% RWS),
vitamin B6 - 2.1 mg (150% RWS).
Indications:
The preparation is intended for use as a dietary supplement to help meet the body's need for magnesium.
Properties:
magnesium - contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, helps to maintain electrolyte balance, the proper functioning of muscles, the nervous system and the maintenance of normal psychological functions as well as healthy bones and teeth
vitamin B6 - contributes to the maintenance of the proper metabolism of homocysteine, protein and glycogen and to the maintenance of normal psychological functions, supports the proper functioning of the nervous system, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Recommended intake:
1 capsule once a day after a meal or otherwise after consulting a doctor.
