DayMag B6 is a dietary supplement containing a highly absorbable form of magnesium (in the form of citrate), enriched with vitamin B6
Magnesium contained in Daymag B6:
- helps in the proper functioning of muscles;
- participates in maintaining healthy bones and teeth;
- is involved in maintaining electrolyte balance;
- is involved in the proper energy metabolism, helps in the proper synthesis of proteins;
- together with vitamin B6, it is responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous system, maintaining proper psychological functions, as well as reducing fatigue and weariness;
DayMag B6 is recommended in the following states:
- fatigue and weakness
- increased nervous tension and excessive irritability
- increased susceptibility to stress
- impaired ability to concentrate and remember
- the appearance of muscle cramps
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
1 sachet a day, preferably after breakfast or after the main meal. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 100-150 ml (1/2 glass) of water at room temperature, stir to completely dissolve the powder. Consume immediately after preparation.
