An additional ingredient, piperine, also contributes to the increase in the absorption of curcumin from the gastrointestinal tract.

chicory root inulin (Cichorium), turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) standardized for 95% curcuminoids, L-leucine, black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant cellulose shell)
The daily dose contains:
Turmeric extract - 150 mg
- including 142.5 mg of curcuminoids
Black pepper fruit extract - 5 mg
- including 4.75 mg piperine
Inulin - 350 mg
L-Leucine - 10 mg
DIRECTIONS FOR CONSUMPTION
1 capsule a day. Drink with water.
