The content of individual ingredients in the recommended daily portion of the product is:
red bush leaf - 1.80 g; sloe fruit - 1.50 g; nettle herb - 1.38 g; holly leaf - 0.54 g; ginseng root - 0.30 g; fenugreek seeds - 0.24 g; magnesium carbonate - 210 mg (corresponding to 61 mg of magnesium and about 16% of the reference intake value).
