SAL EMS FACTITIUM - 40 effervescent tablets - auxiliary treatment in respiratory tract inflammation
1 effervescent tablet contains:
active substance: artificial salt of salt 450 mg, including: sodium bicarbonate 318.150 mg, sodium bromide 0.045 mg, anhydrous sodium phosphate 0.225 mg, sodium chloride 121.500 mg, anhydrous sodium sulfate 4.050 mg, potassium sulfate 6.030 mg.
excipients: sucrose 38 mg, sodium bicarbonate, sodium benzoate, tartaric acid.
including ions: Na + 213 mg, K + 3 mg, SO42- 6 mg, Cl- 7.5 mg, CO32- 408 mg, HPO42-150 µg, Br- 35 µg.
Action
Artificial emska salt has an expectorant and alkalizing effect. It contains a mixture of alkaline salts that stimulate the secretion of mucus in the respiratory tract. Sodium bicarbonate contained in the drug alkalizes the bronchial secretion, which leads to its liquefaction and facilitates expectoration.
Indications
The indication for the use of SalEms factitium is auxiliary treatment in inflammation of the respiratory tract and bronchial asthma.
Dosage
orally: dissolve 1 to 2 tablets in half or a whole glass of boiled water with milk or boiled, warm water. Drink 3 times a day after eating.
Contraindications:
Sal Ems factitium should not be used in the case of:
hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation,
tuberculosis,
whooping cough
pleurisy.
Side effects:
Irritation of the gastric mucosa, heartburn, flatulence, abdominal pain may rarely occur.
Comments:
Take special care when using Sal-Ems factitium in patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers due to increased acid secretion. With long-term use, kidney stones may form and the risk of urinary tract infections is increased. Due to the sodium content, use with caution in people on a low-sodium diet. The preparation contains sugar - should be used with caution in diabetics.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding - the drug may be used during pregnancy and breast-feeding only in cases when, in the doctor's opinion, the benefit for the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
The drug does not impair psychophysical fitness, the ability to drive vehicles and operate moving mechanisms.
