Avocado oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids, which makes it perfect for hair care. Applying this oil to the scalp and massaging it improves blood flow and circulation to the scalp, which contributes to better absorption of nutrients into the follicles and stimulates the growth of healthier hair. In addition to monounsaturated fatty acids, the oil also contains a high level of vitamin E and phytosterols, which moisturize and protect against damage.
