Product description
The water and electrolyte balance in the body plays a key role in the proper functioning of skeletal muscles, contractility of the heart muscle and blood vessels. Potassium and magnesium are involved in the proper neuromuscular conduction and the mechanism of muscle contraction. Both elements are important electrolytes, the proper supply of which is especially necessary during intense exercise and fluid loss. Potassium - by influencing the proper functioning of smooth muscles - also participates in maintaining proper blood pressure. Zinc helps maintain the acid-base balance in the body. Together with chromium, they are involved in maintaining blood glucose levels. Iron, vitamins B6, B12 participate in the energy metabolism of cells and reduce the effects of fatigue. Additionally, vit. B6 increases the bioavailability of magnesium, and iron enables oxygen transport through the blood.
Application
Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the preparation.
Recommended intake
Use 1 tablet a day after a meal, drinking plenty of liquid. The tablet can be divided for easier swallowing. Do not use on an empty stomach. For long-term use (over a month), 1/2 tablet a day is recommended.

Potassium bicarbonate (potassium bicarbonate), magnesium oxide (Mg), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer: cross-linked cellulose gum; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; carrier: fatty acids, zinc sulphate (Zn), iron sulphate, emulsifier: magnesium salt of fatty acids, stabilizer: hydroxypropylcellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), anti-caking agent: talc and silicon dioxide, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), rapeseed oil, hydrogenated dyes: iron oxides and hydroxides, chromium chloride (Cr III).
1 tablet contains: magnesium 300mg (80%) *, potassium 300mg (15%) *, zinc 5mg (50%) *, iron 3.5mg (25%) *, chromium 30mcg (75%) *, vitamin B6 4mg ( 286%) *, Vitamin B12 2mcg (80%) *.

Warnings
Consult a doctor in case of: hypertension and other cardiovascular or kidney diseases, peptic ulcer disease, and frequent use of anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not combine with other preparations containing potassium. Use in children is not recommended.
