Hepatil is used in the following diseases: acute hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver, regardless of etiology, pre-coma and hepatic coma. Moreover, as a preventive measure in acute, subacute and chronic hyperammonaemia. An amino acid involved in the hepatic synthesis of urea from ammonia. It accelerates the liver and brain detoxification processes, positively influencing the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the body, and regenerates damaged liver cells.
Indications
Acute hepatitis and cirrhosis, regardless of etiology, pre-coma and hepatic coma. Moreover, as a preventive measure in acute, subacute and chronic hyperammonaemia. Ornithine also increases tolerance to substances that damage the liver parenchyma, such as anti-tuberculosis and anti-cancer drugs. Ornithine is also used in digestive disorders caused by liver failure.
Usage method
Hepatil is used in adults and children over 7 years of age, 1 to 2 tablets 3 times a day.
