Olimp Gold Omega 3 contains 1000 mg of fish oil per capsule, which is a valuable source of omega-3 fatty acids, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). They contribute to the proper functioning of the heart.

Components:
Fish oil (source of omega-3 acids), shell ingredients - gelatin, water, glycerol; D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E).

1 capsule contains:
1000mg fish oil (65% omega-3 fatty acids), including: 33% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 330mg, 22% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 220mg, 10% other omega-3 acids 100mg; vitamin E 12 mg (100%) *

Properties:
eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) - contributes to the proper functioning of the heart,
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) - contributes to the maintenance of the proper functioning of the brain and proper vision.
Contraindications:
People suffering from haemophilia, taking anticoagulants, pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the preparation. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.

Recommended intake:
